Strategic Fundraising: Keeping Fundraising Tactics Aligned with Organizational Strategy

During this interactive session, Liam Abramson (Founder and CEO of HighgateGlobal) will provide insight into the strategic planning process and how it affects the fundraising activities within a nonprofit organization.  Liam's presentation will examine the board and staff's role in fundraising and strategic planning and how all work together in order to meet the fiscal needs of the organization as well as tap into the donor potential of their external stakeholders.

Liam Abramson gained a music degree from the Royal College of Music, London and a Business Degree from the University of Buckingham.  After spending 10 years as the Head of Student Professional Development at the Royal Academy of Music, London, Liam moved to the Boston, MA where he established HighgateGlobal, a consultancy specializing in helping nonprofit organizations develop for the future, specifically through strategic planning, fundraising campaign development and board development.  Liam is in demand as a speaker and presenter both by nonprofit and corporate entities and divides his time between consulting for nonprofit organizations and helping Fortune 500 corporations develop their strategic leadership potential.
