Leaders of non-profit organizations, from the smallest volunteer-driven groups to the largest hospitals and universities, face a variety of business risks. From employment-related claims that are a direct result of
funding cuts to the expanding nature of cyber liability, organizations need to be ever-more diligent in their risk management programs while at the same time maintaining fiscal discipline. The October 19 seminar will focus on such issues as directors' and officers' liability, employment practices, and cyber liability exposures. Insurance and other risk management measures can reduce these threats to the sustainability of your mission.

The program will be presented by Jeffrey J. Fox, CPCU, ARM. Jeff, a 30-year veteran of the Property/Casualty insurance industry, is currently the leader of the Human & Social Services Practice Group at TD Insurance, Inc. The Practice Group handles the Risk Management and Insurance needs for over 300 organizations throughout New England.
